Coming back to life

It's been a long journey
And no rest
Countless maples fallen at a breath,
The silence of the road
With fireflies at sides
Disordered thoughts
Brimming the river of quests.

A wanderer in the mist
Treading on the unmetalled sides,
With pebbles and dirt only to guide.
Winds screaming loud; out
Their zest,
And crashing thunders, strike
Lightning in her chest.

She halted for a while
And looked above
With her stretched arms
And cramped curves;
As a ray of light
Weeping out from holes of
green blades,packed in
bunches spread for a shade.

She packs her heart
Even tighter this time
A brand new dust
ahead her climbs,
A long journey served
For a better destiny to find
And a beauty, one of its kind.

Reversing Gravity.

“Sometimes you just don’t want to see the reflection of yours through words or mirrors.
Sometimes light just don’t show up cause, its in the dark that you are waiting for the clouds to clear.
Sometimes its just the boredom you feel out of freedom.
Sometimes your clock is ticking ticking but mind is stuck at a station.
Sometimes when you feel helpless within,
In urge to just help yourself out.
It’s when you are willing to cry out but only walls revert you a hopeless shout.
For those times, when everything is upside down, try a Headstand, Please.
Reverse the effect of gravity in your body.”

It’s okay, to be in a posture which is opposite to the world around you.
Feel the blood flowing in you. This is your Life. Live it for all the times. And realise that until the tick of your beat is gone, everything can become just Right. For a new ‘second’ to come, this one has to pass, so This time too shall pass.

I have written couple of poetries regarding support that one might need dealing a troubled mental situation he/she is into and the urge to delete this stigma attached with sharing issues of mental health with someone. You can check out the links here :

I Said, You Heard

Scent of Her

Cheers

Am not a psychologist or a psychiatrist, I don’t mean to prescribe you the steps that will work on your body or mind, I only am sharing what sometimes work for me when I am in the state of Anxiety, Depressions or any issue. It’s okay to have them, you know you just can’t deal and solve everything in your life at a particular moment. But one day you will. And that remains essential to tell oneself. You just don’t have to live up to anyone’s expectations when you are not able to. Again I would say, Everything can just become normal, give a doctor to your self, give yourself to people who love you. You are not wrong if you feel so about your condition. Don’t think it’s The End. Your Life is too precious, if not for you but your loved ones. And please Don’t think you don’t have any. You do have. Ofcourse it’s your Life you decide what to do with that, but please Live to do it. And,

Someday Ears will be there to hear you,

someday, mind will Change it’s station,

someday freedom will release the pain,

someday you will wake up in light.

And that day, you will see your confidence luminate on your face, the victory of this Underdog will reflect and shine bright in the world.

Illusion!

When sunsets down,
Her phone rings and
she leaves the house for some sessions
A routine she’d follow
Without fail or procastination.

There wasn’t enough time
For him to discuss his Sorrows
Or suspicions;
Illusive images of infidelity
Oh, Pierced his heart with
pins and needles of friction.
And inarticulated judgements
would fill to his thoughts of fiction,
Ants in his pants made him restless
To follow for investigation.

It was like sighting a misty mountain
ahead of him,
At the start of his mission
Covered with murky notions
About the presumptuous destination.

Panting with suffocation,Choked with dilemmas and futuristic decisions.
Sometime later, his blurred sight reaches closer to
a Clear destination.
Veil was put off to see that mountain fogged was his sombered assumptions.
an Illusion was struck hard with reality
As his Oh! dear wife was seen voluntarily serving needful patients.

Some people put their lives on risks even when they know the risk is too high of losing their own relationship s(cause sometimes they go against their family’s assent) to save others or give service to them. Salute to these warriors and their family members who sacrifice equally when they see their loved ones going extra mile for humanity.
