Reversing Gravity.

“Sometimes you just don’t want to see the reflection of yours through words or mirrors.
Sometimes light just don’t show up cause, its in the dark that you are waiting for the clouds to clear.
Sometimes its just the boredom you feel out of freedom.
Sometimes your clock is ticking ticking but mind is stuck at a station.
Sometimes when you feel helpless within,
In urge to just help yourself out.
It’s when you are willing to cry out but only walls revert you a hopeless shout.
For those times, when everything is upside down, try a Headstand, Please.
Reverse the effect of gravity in your body.”

It’s okay, to be in a posture which is opposite to the world around you.
Feel the blood flowing in you. This is your Life. Live it for all the times. And realise that until the tick of your beat is gone, everything can become just Right. For a new ‘second’ to come, this one has to pass, so This time too shall pass.

I have written couple of poetries regarding support that one might need dealing a troubled mental situation he/she is into and the urge to delete this stigma attached with sharing issues of mental health with someone. You can check out the links here :

I Said, You Heard

Scent of Her

Cheers

Am not a psychologist or a psychiatrist, I don’t mean to prescribe you the steps that will work on your body or mind, I only am sharing what sometimes work for me when I am in the state of Anxiety, Depressions or any issue. It’s okay to have them, you know you just can’t deal and solve everything in your life at a particular moment. But one day you will. And that remains essential to tell oneself. You just don’t have to live up to anyone’s expectations when you are not able to. Again I would say, Everything can just become normal, give a doctor to your self, give yourself to people who love you. You are not wrong if you feel so about your condition. Don’t think it’s The End. Your Life is too precious, if not for you but your loved ones. And please Don’t think you don’t have any. You do have. Ofcourse it’s your Life you decide what to do with that, but please Live to do it. And,

Someday Ears will be there to hear you,

someday, mind will Change it’s station,

someday freedom will release the pain,

someday you will wake up in light.

And that day, you will see your confidence luminate on your face, the victory of this Underdog will reflect and shine bright in the world.

Eugi’s weekly prompt

Three Line Tales: Pandora’s Box

He was a Judas, like a snake in the grass.
Swathed to her conscience tightly. Romance with Nature, closed the Pandora’s box for her and she was left forever with her beloved.”

On June 5th, World Environment Day, I wish the earth heals herself and nature embraces us with her love and we break free from the cans of worms that has troubled us for so long.

Witnessing Sunsets from my Balcony.
Plant sapling. Grow with Greens.
My favourite place in lockdown.

Travelling for me, has been so important that I am entwined with the soul of it. I wish, this time, when tourism begins, we be more alert to keep us and our surroundings safe.

Cheers!

When life seems a white paper
So Take a brush and paint it
With some bright of Reds’, mild of pastels’, dark of blacks’ and haze of Greys’.

When life seems an empty plate
So take a knife
And peel the skins away
Platter it with sweet of sugars’,
Sour of lemons’, spice of chillies’,  sprinkles of salts’.

When life seems a sky with clouds
Lifeless scenery of woods standing out
So take a pin,
And bursts them loud,
Turn on the music of rains
And dance with waters falling on window panes.

When life seems with wear and tear complains
Call the experts,
Grease it, sweat it and renew it to make it work out.

And still if it seems like an empty glass
Open the cap of the bottle
Pour it in
With ice cubes or water
Take a Cheers, Smile!

Tomorrow you will feel it full.

Cheers to Life

Inspired by one of my friend who reminded me in a conversation that Life is beautiful and alot is there to explore. Colours of life are only adding beauty to it. The blacks and Grey’s they are impactful. They are necessary.

The sour and bitters are needed to enjoy the flavours because they open up the taste buds of life.

The dark clouds are necessary to enjoy the dance of tears and sorrows on our cheeks. And the wears and tears are part and parcel of life. They force to keep maintaining ourselves.

And lastly, if everything is wailing and there is only shadow that you see, Open your bottle of joy, emotions and drink with cool ice to Let it flow! Let it go! Or Let it be! Take a chill pill, take a deep breath. Smile. Life is Gorgeous.

Socha toh tha..

‘White colour wings’

White colour wings
Flickering so fast.
O’ them are dazzling,
a memory that lasts.

They fly in flocks,
They fly alone.
Do they stick with one
Or carefree they are gone?

They sit on my parapet
Sometimes I see.
Some come in pairs,
Some come to meet;
In solitude when I sit,
They give me a presence.
Do they think about me
Or just live in their own essence?

White colour wings
As they take off,
Where do they go
Have their own Gods?
Looking up there
As they flee,
A message they drop
I wished to beseech.

Go on.

Life is balance of highs and lows, it is focus, effort and execution of the focused effort. its never always the same . “When we do the right things, everything falls at place- a wise man once said it to me”.

It all passes. Good, bad, fear or strength, Nothing is permanent. Live in this moment with equanimity. Rest all the Gods shall see!

“Fire and Ice”

© 2020 Khwabo ka Sapna

I like to embrace different emotions of a woman. I truly believe that a woman can turn the tables, mould the rocks, make or break any empire when she comes to realize herself. I belong to a society where since ancient times way back from Indus valley civilization, women(in hindu mythology as Goddess Shakti) or her yonis are worshipped and yet ironically sometimes my eyes tear out when a few masses of society try to pull her down. Even though it exists in our society I wish to cherish and support her divine forms and euphoric aura.

Certainly, she comes to her full potential when she gets support from her men in life be it her father brother husband friend but most importantly she needs support of another divine woman too. And this remains a silent key. Think about it!
