Reversing Gravity.

“Sometimes you just don’t want to see the reflection of yours through words or mirrors.
Sometimes light just don’t show up cause, its in the dark that you are waiting for the clouds to clear.
Sometimes its just the boredom you feel out of freedom.
Sometimes your clock is ticking ticking but mind is stuck at a station.
Sometimes when you feel helpless within,
In urge to just help yourself out.
It’s when you are willing to cry out but only walls revert you a hopeless shout.
For those times, when everything is upside down, try a Headstand, Please.
Reverse the effect of gravity in your body.”

It’s okay, to be in a posture which is opposite to the world around you.
Feel the blood flowing in you. This is your Life. Live it for all the times. And realise that until the tick of your beat is gone, everything can become just Right. For a new ‘second’ to come, this one has to pass, so This time too shall pass.

I have written couple of poetries regarding support that one might need dealing a troubled mental situation he/she is into and the urge to delete this stigma attached with sharing issues of mental health with someone. You can check out the links here :

I Said, You Heard

Scent of Her

Cheers

Am not a psychologist or a psychiatrist, I don’t mean to prescribe you the steps that will work on your body or mind, I only am sharing what sometimes work for me when I am in the state of Anxiety, Depressions or any issue. It’s okay to have them, you know you just can’t deal and solve everything in your life at a particular moment. But one day you will. And that remains essential to tell oneself. You just don’t have to live up to anyone’s expectations when you are not able to. Again I would say, Everything can just become normal, give a doctor to your self, give yourself to people who love you. You are not wrong if you feel so about your condition. Don’t think it’s The End. Your Life is too precious, if not for you but your loved ones. And please Don’t think you don’t have any. You do have. Ofcourse it’s your Life you decide what to do with that, but please Live to do it. And,

Someday Ears will be there to hear you,

someday, mind will Change it’s station,

someday freedom will release the pain,

someday you will wake up in light.

And that day, you will see your confidence luminate on your face, the victory of this Underdog will reflect and shine bright in the world.

Anger

It’s about anger that’s developed in a mind when emotions lose stablity and control. And it’s very important to learn to maintain this balance between our mind and intellect.

If mind wins, intellect loses in that situation, and when intellect is put in darkness, the soul is wounded and so does the impatient mind who craves for peace or healing(because untrained mind always runs to find solace outside but never settles with just it’s own self) gets angry and anger if remained unchannelised,Mind you, yes unchannelised anger becomes the cause of his suffering and branches of suffering shoots out really fast. And therefore More suffering.

It’s also dependent on the food we take, be it for our stomach to survive or for our thoughts. It’s believed in Ayurveda that We become, what we eat. So watching everytime what we take inside, puts us into the Law of attraction naturally. We take what’s better for us, we are in tranquil state. So Anger is just one part of our incapability of stopping our mind to hijack our intellect. And hence the loss happens. I remember a verse from Bhagwad Geeta(a Hindu Scripture) which has helped me many times to control the imbalance of my emotions and that is :

‘indriyani parany ahur
indriyebhyah param manah
manasas tu para buddhir
yo buddheh paratas tu sah’

TRANSLATION: The working senses are superior to dull matter; mind is higher than the senses; intelligence is still higher than the mind; and he [the soul] is even higher than the intelligence.

It’s our choice that We do a business with reaction which is mind’s natural tendency or response which is intellect’s light , See which’s profitable!

Veil

#positivity

Each one of us goes through phases, Phases of highs, phases of determinations, lows, eating, fasting, exercising, writing, posting, celebrating, fighting, crying, loving and what not.. All we do is, we just start and then change, cause I have read it somewhere- Change is the only Constant and is a necessary one. So when we start, we are confused or may be clear, may be in the middle when we reach; we are somewhere, where we feel- What the heck? what did I do? how shall I make it better or just complete it. We are basically sometimes LOST, Don’t we? I think All we need is just Sit, Contemplate, identify and take that VEIL off and may be the help just reaches us! so this one is for our phase of Bewilderment!

“Day has started
In the glimpse of the ray.
Seated at the corner
Held the cup of my tea,
Sipping everytime
As I prayed to thee;
promises I made
So shall begin to keep.

Wasn’t any different-
That difficult it may seem
“Inside the equanimity
Shall remain in this spree.”

Sun shines no different
But clouds Block it see.
It may seem a riddle
Cause, thoughts bring the veil.

Keep the trash in or dispose it once out
Day it is no far,
When you see the fruits sprout.
So Ain’t there a sunshine?

Open your eyes; you may see.” Write photo prompt by Sue Vincent-Veiled https://scvincent.com/2020/06/04/thursday-photo-prompt-veiled-writephoto/
